COVID-19 Impact on Alamo Dental Health Daily Operations
Modified Office Operations for March 22 – April 21, 2020
Texas Governor Greg Abbott issued an executive declaration on March 22nd, 2020 and required all health care providers stop all medical procedures unless they are medically necessary to save the patient’s life. As a consequence, all dental offices, including our office, have had to shut down until April 21st, 2020.
In response to the current situation, our office has taken several steps and precautions to:
- preserve the well being of our patients
- preserve the future of the office so that we may be here for you when this outbreak is over
- address any life-threatening dental emergencies that may arise during this special 30 day period.
- continue to provide customer service support to our current patients.
To prevent the spread of the coronovirus, we will close the physical office, limit contact with the public, and keep our office doors locked even during the new limited office hours. However, our phone line (and email system) will remain open for communication with our patients and the public. Starting Monday, March 23rd, we have modified how, where, and when you contact our office.
